Co-founder and head of finance, systems, and administration at Les Jardins Carya, Jason is passionate about sustainable agriculture, entrepreneurship, and logistics optimization. A design graduate from Concordia University, he has solid experience in logistics, IT management, manufacturing, and procurement. He actively contributes to L’aube’s strategic development by bringing his operational expertise and extensive knowledge of the agricultural sector.

JASON SERFATY- President

Co-director of Collectif Récolte and in charge of the Local and Integrated Food System in Montreal (SALIM) program, she has also been an agronomist for nearly 20 years and specializes in local market entry. She also holds a master's degree in project management from ESG UQAM.

JUDITH COLOMBO - Vice-president

Florence is a specialist in sustainable food and a PhD candidate in urban political agroecology. She is committed to a transition toward localized food systems that respect local communities and ecosystems. She has a deep understanding of both the Quebec and the international agri-food sector, thanks to her professional experiences and her master's degree in international studies.

FLORENCE PLOURDE - Board member

Andréa has over 8 years of experience in marketing and partnership development. Driven to make an impact, she got involved in the fight against food waste in 2018 and became an expert on the subject through her volunteering and entrepreneurial experiences. Self-taught and curious, Andréa deepens her involvement and develops her expertise in circular economy, notably through a graduate diploma in sustainable development. She now skillfully integrates her management skills, extensive knowledge, and best practices in food and circular economy to tackle the challenges posed by today’s environmental issues.
